-My co-authored paper "Image Based Trajectory Tracking of 4-DoF Laparoscopic Instruments Using a Rotation Using a Rotation Distinguishing Marker" has been submitted to the IEEE Robotics and Automation Letter with ICRA 2017 presentation.

July 1st, 2016

-My IROS 2016 paper "Adaptive 3D Pose Computation of Suturing Needle Using Constraints From Static Monocular Image Feedback" got accepted.

-Been placed on the Dean's List (2014-15) by the Faculty of Engineering of CUHK for outstanding academic perfermance in the MSc programme

-Registered and became a Student Member of IEEE.

Sept. 4th, 2015

-Development of a 3 DOF robot manipulation simulator

    A 3 DOF robot manipulator is simulated with two translational and one rotational degress of freedom. The program is set up based on robot kinematics with an virtual orthogonal camera. It will be used as a virtual platform to make trial run or verify the feasibility of newly-proposed control scheme instead of using real robot arm. An example image-based visual servoing method is applied with realistic performance!
